Centrifugal pumps with overdrive for tractors - Serie NT medium and high pressure

The NT SERIES pumps, being connected by universal joint to the pto of tractors from 18 to 180 hp, are ideal for every irrigation system. The NT SERIES pumps are a synonymous with quality for their high efficiency, the precise construction and the safety in operation. Different model are available, with a wide range of gears that match perfectly any type of tractor.

CONSTRUCTION:
• Overdrive made by a couple of cylindrical gears with helical teeth mounted on well-dimensioned ball bearings.
• Lubrication by oil bath
• Water - circulation cooling system
• Centrifugal pump with 1 or 2 impellers
• Cast iron impellers dynamically balanced mounted on chromed shaft to allow a long life to the adjustable packed gland.

PUMP WITH OVERDRIVE FOR INDUSTRIAL MOTORS

The MF SERIES pump with 1 o 2 impellers are constructed similarly to the NT series pumps and have been particularly studied for high and medium head range of motor pump units. The speed multiplier with in oil bath gear allows the single stage pump to reach the right speed according to the available power for the best efficiency. These pumps are built for coaxial coupling to stationary engine with from 40 to 200 HP.

Vertical line pump

Vertical line pump for deep wells from 6" to 10" with discharge and head upon request. They are essentially built up of: • foot metal strainer and foot valve • impellers with rubber bearing and rubber ring guidance • column pipe with carbon steel shaft • drive head with three standard versions:     - right angle gear drive head for thermal engine     - drive head with right angle gear and overdrive for tractor     - drive head directly driven by a flanged electric motor

Electric submersible pumps

These are multistage centrifugal pumps with a non return valve at the top, impellers in the middle and electric motor at the bottom. Easy to install into deep well, ponds or reservoirs even in horizontal position. Two different version available: radial pumps for high heads and limited capacities and mixed flow pumps for medium heads and high capacities.
