FUNCTIONING OF THE IRRICAR SERIES IV AND V:

Partially inlet flow turbine permits a rewinding of the polyethylene hose at an adjustable speed, with partial use of hydraulic power applied to a special 44-speed compensator. Engine operating system particularly suitable for the medium and large machines: a diesel engine act the rewinding of the hose allowing a saving of hydraulic power, besides the operating of the oily dynamics system and use of the IRRICAR with low pressures. It is also possible to strew liquid manure constant and regular hose rewinding by a special speed compensator.

ALL IRRICAR MODELS ARE EQUIPPED WITH:

• Automatic hose retrieve stop at the end of the irrigation or in case of irregular rewinding
• Medium density PE pipe manufactured for this purpose
• Fully hot galvanized frame
• Hot galvanized sprinkler trolley with adjustable track
• Accident prevention protection for all moving parts
• Automatic brake for irregular winding
• Fast hose rewinding by means of pto
• High pressure connecting pipe with fittings

Series F - Mechanical fixed

The F series machine, with pipes from Ų 63 have been designed for the use in small fields, sports grounds, and municipal areas. Their small dimensions and simple working principle, are the most distinctive qualities of these models characterized by a frame with a "Fixed" reel.

Series V - Mechanical rotating

The V series machines with pipes from Ų 63 to Ų 140, are simple and functional and answer to all the operator' s needs. They are equipped with:

• Turntable for irrigation in different positions
• Lifting of the trolley and positioning of the brackets by means of a double effect hydraulic pump.

SERIES IV: Hydraulics

The IV series are produced with pipes from Ų 90 to Ų 150 and are equipped with a controller which allows to perform all the positioning operations effort less, operating on the hydraulic devices such as:

• Stationary positioning on platform
• 360° rotation with independent lifting of the wheels
• Positioning of the stabilizing brackets and of the shaft
• lifting of the sprinkler trolley
